Need help with a MapleKingdom app? Here's how to reach me.

MapleKingdom is a small studio, so you'll always get a real human responding to your message. Usually within a day or two.

Quickest way

Email ben@maplekingdom.com. If you're reporting a bug, screenshots and the device model help a lot.

You can also use the contact form if you'd rather not use email.

Response time

Small team, no helpdesk software. We aim to reply within one to two business days. If you haven't heard back after three, please send a follow-up — sometimes a message slips through and a polite nudge fixes it.

Common questions

I deleted the app and want my data gone too.

Deleting the app from your phone doesn't delete your account or data on the server. To fully remove your data, follow the account deletion steps.

I want to change my email.

Email us from the address on file and tell us the new one. We'll update it manually.

The app is acting up after an iOS update.

Please email us with the iOS version and a screenshot if you can. iOS updates occasionally break things in subtle ways, and we'd rather hear about it sooner than later.

I'd like a refund.

App Store purchases are refunded directly through Apple, not through MapleKingdom. reportaproblem.apple.com is the right place.
